Mark S. Williams' story is a staightforward one. He was born and raised in Arizona. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northern Arizona University in 1976 and his Juris Doctor (law) degree from Arizona State University in 1979. He was a prosecutor from 1982 to 1985 with the Phoenix City Prosecutor's Office. He has been involved exclusively in criminal defense representation since 1985.
