Eric J. Engan graduated from Arizona State University College of Law in 1994 and has practiced law in Mohave County ever since.
Eric spent several years at the Mohave County Legal Defender's Office, representing accused adults and children on felonies, misdemeanors and juvenile delinquencies.
Eric has tried cases before courts in Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City and Kingman, ranging in severity from disorderly conduct, to DUI to child molestation to first degree murder.
Eric has defended clients in over 60 felony jury trials. In 1999, Eric joined the firm of long-time Kingman lawyer Robert Bula and added domestic relations to his areas of practice.
Eric has represented husbands and fathers and wives and mothers in cases ranging from uncontested matters to complicated and highly-contested dissolutions involving child custody, visitation, child support, spousal maintenance, and division of personal and real property.
