Raised on the farm in Texas, Perry Hicks graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in agriculture in 1975. After working for the Farmers Home Administration and the Peace Corps, Perry graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1982. He has practiced law in Arizona since 1983.

Perry focuses his practice on cases involving accidents and personal injury, as well as criminal defense and DUI. He has successfully represented clients in large personal injury and wrongful death cases and those accused of serious crimes, including first degree murder.
